2016/05/08 - Big Week, FB Unfriending

My training for the Pikes Peak Cycling Hill Climb is coming along nicely. I had my biggest mileage week so far this year, clocking a total of 158.3 miles.

Facebook gives us a rare second-chance oppertunity to un-friend or un-follow friends that we dumped or ignored years ago in real life. 

I recently un-friended a woman that I had an disagreement with on Facebook. Ironically I "broke up" with her in real life 50 years ago when we were 16.
