2016/04/09 - Lee Hill with Fat Bike Mike, Snakes!

I rode up Lee Hill this morning with "Fat Bike Mike". We originally planned to go up Left Hand Canyon to Ward, but got stopped by road workers. 

They told us the road was closed, but we could still get to Ward via Olde Stage Road and Lee Hill Road, so we just thanked them  and rode off without asking how far. Doah....

By the time we got to the top of Lee Hill, we were done, for that was probably the steepest road we have done so far.

Val & I saw (and heard!) this nice sized rattle snake during our laps up North Table Mountain today.

First one of the season!
